Haidilao Hot Pot @The Seletar Mall

4.6★ (2,833 reviews) · 33 Sengkang W Ave, #03-36 to 37 The Seletar Mall, Singapore 797653

Family-friendly hotpot chain at Seletar Mall where the staff go all out — think birthday cakes, balloon animals, and a live 变脸 face-changing performance to keep the table buzzing.

What diners love: Staff are incredibly attentive and proactive, going out of their way with birthday surprises, kids' toys, and making sure you're sorted without having to ask.

Worth knowing: Service can get inconsistent toward the end of the meal, with desserts and takeaway freebies sometimes skipped unless you speak up.
